Platinum Stretch Yoga for the full figured!! If your jean size is in the single digits this is not the class for you! Have you always wanted to take a yoga class but felt intimidated by all the super skinny students in the classes? Or maybe you are afraid you might have a hard time getting up and down from the floor? If your weight or other physical limitations have made you self conscious about taking a traditional yoga class, this is the class for you! Our instructor will guide you through a class offering poses utilizing chairs and other props enabling everyone to enjoy the benefits of yoga even if you are overweight, obese, or limited physically.

This Studio is an open space where balance of the body and mind can be achieved while hearts and spirits are being uplifted. This is a place where the extraordinary is going to happen – everyday.
Just Breathe… relax, refresh and rejuvenate through Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Dance and other movement classes (we might need to make them up occasionally - I’m feeling a “dancing queen” class coming up), as well as through the healing touch of massage therapy.
Whichever programs you choose, this is the place to be to overcome the aggravation, stress, and tension of everyday life, while reawakening your true inner self.
