Joann Hartley was born in Phila., PA, to 2nd generation Irish parents. That means that when her dreams came true, or she spoke of a past life, no one was afraid or disapproving. Now she has appeared on all three local TV stations, both as a psychic and as an astrologer, and was chosen "Best of Augusta," by Augusta Magazine, in 2003.
