To further support participants, Kevin Sharpe, the director of the Center for Body-Mind Therapy, will facilitate an exploration of the body-mind connection to weight loss. This is an integral link to successful weight loss and lifestyle change and is often overlooked. This evening’s class will be about understanding ourselves in a very honest and authentic way – uncovering, exploring, and changing the truths that are really governing our lives.
