
So many times I have heard from potential yoga students, “yes I really want to try Yoga, but I need to loose weight first” This has always confused me, until I realized how intimidating a yoga class full of super bendy, super skinny yogi’s might appear. Not any more!! Yoga Plus! was designed specifically for the large yoga student, with a large body in mind. Yoga Plus! will teach you to connect to your body, to honor it, and care for it, exactly how it is ! Providing an accepting, loving, nurturing environment, and an instructor who will offer modifications and adjustments to the poses allowing everybody to enjoy a regular yoga practice.

What to bring?
Wear loose comfortable clothing, bring a bottle of water, and your yoga mat if you have one. (you can borrow a yoga mat from the studio if you need to)
